I just wanted to say thank you for your wonderful, friendly service. I had the Reliance tech who picked up my tank try to change my mind about staying with National. He tried to tell me that what was told to me when I signed the contract wasn't what was stated on the back on my contract. I did go and re-read my contract and everything is the same as what was explained by the National Home Service Technicians. Thank you again.

I wish to share a personal experience of mine that has resulted in nothing short of praise for National Home Services. I have a rather large household which has a high dependence on hot water. Last week, my daughter was in the basement and noticed water spraying out of the top of our hot water tank. The leak was coming right from the middle of the tank, not a pipe joint or coupling. It seems the tank had been incorrectly installed by our former utility company as there was no way to isolate the hot water tank which resulted in forcing me to shut off the main water to the entire house. A call to our former home services group to plead the gravity of our situation managed to get a promised service visit from a technician between 8-12 the next day. This was not good enough. I had NO water and chances were that after the technician arrived to first diagnose the obvious, completed the required paperwork to order a new tank, we could feasibly be without water for the weekend!

The following morning I placed a call to National Home Services and explained the situation. Approximately 3 hours later from when I hung up the phone, I had plenty of hot water courtesy of a brand new tank installed by National Home Services, a division of Universal Energy. They truly saved the day! The responsiveness, workmanship and exceptional customer service was so refreshing. Thank you National Home Services!

I wanted to express my appreciation for the professionalism, efficient and clean removal of my old water heater and the installation of my new water heater by the 3 man crew at National Home Services. I knew I was in for a good experience right from the start when they clearly explained to me what actions they were going to take to remove then install my water tank. Tarps were laid all the way down the hall to capture any dirt or water drippings. Upon installation, the lead installer explained to me the hot water setting that would be appropriate for my family, had me sign off on the completion and asked if I had any further questions or required any further clarification. Great job gentlemen! To the management at National Home Service, you do a very good job training your people in professionalism and efficiency procedures.

How often does someone knock on your door and offer you peace of mind, security, cost savings, profound service, a $50 Gift certificate... all with a smile! Oh yes, I almost forgot, I also got a brand new, energy efficient, Hot Water Heater supplied by a Canadian Company. All for free!

That's what happened to me today. I also had the privilege to meet a wonderful young man by the name of Brandon. You should be very proud to have this person representing your company. Brandon pointed out things to me, as a homeowner, that I was embarrassed to have not known. I had an old, underserviced rental heater from an American company. I met Brandon at 12:00 today and by 3:30 I had a newly installed water heater. The service guys were very polite, efficient and made sure I knew all about my new water heater before they left. They laid down green protective carpeting so as not to soil my floors and left my laundry room just as they found... except for my brand new water heater.

Please recognize Brandon for his impeccable customer service skills. I will be happy to refer my friends, family and colleagues to Brandon whenever I can.

The installers from National Home Services just left. They were very professional and personable. They took time to lay down mats to protect the floors. After the installation they reviewed the various settings to ensure we knew how to change them - love the "vacation" setting. The installation took less time than expected. All in all, a very neat and tidy job.

Your installers just left - both jobs are done and complete. Very professional and courteous. In all the years I have dealt with THAT other company, I have never experienced the promptness and cleanliness of the work - the called right at 8:00 to say they were on their way - arrived about 5 minutes later, rolled out protective mats (Direct NEVER did that) and were in-and-out promptly. They cleaned up after the job and treated the job as if they were doing it in their own home. I hope our first experience with NATIONAL is a sign of good things to come. By the way - I had 3 neighbors all come and ask about the program while your tech was here...you really need to think about lawn signs and a follow-up campaign!!! Thank you again for all help in arranging this - and thank you to your CEO for calling last night to reassure me I made the right decision. Obviously a very committed company - from the installers right up to the CEO!!!
