Is National Home Services licensed to service and install water heaters in Ontario?

National is a fully licensed natural gas water heater rental company and is a TSSA registered contractor. We are fully compliant with the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA), previously the Fuels Safety Branch of the former Ontario Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations. Why should I rent my water heater?

The benefit of renting a water heater is that it is worry-free. You can maintain your water heater at a low monthly rental charge. You also have priority access to our network of service technicians to ensure faster resolution of problems.

What should I expect on installation day?

Are National Home Services' Products ENERGY STAR® qualified?

What happens to my equipment if I am moving?

If you sell the premises, the Agreement shall be transferred to the purchaser, and we will permit the purchaser to assume your rights and obligations under the Agreement, effective from the date of sale, provided that the purchaser is notified in the agreement of purchase and sale that the Water Heater/and or HVAC is rented and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. If you have moved recently, or plan on moving in the near future, please call one of Customer Care Representatives at 1-877-673-5373 and please complete the Move In/Out Request Form.

If you wish to have your new home equipped with National Home Service's equipment you may be eligible for up to 4 months free rental.
